Melissa Sadek
My name is Melissa Sadek. My art includes lampwork glass bead making, glass fusing, relief carving, pyrographics and painting of gourds and Native American Masks. Much of my jewelry and art include the beads I make, and include my love of my Native American culture and horses.
I have done jewelry making and beading for years and when I could not always find the beads and colors I wanted I became inspired to learn how to make glass beads. I am a self taught lampwork artisan. In fact all of my artwork is self taught. All of my work is inspired by the Great Spirit.
I came from California to this area to change to a more peaceful lifestyle. I love mountain living. I have three children, and am a proud grandmother of five.
